Animal Well-being

Animals help provide therapeutic support in educational settings and Students can benefit educationally, personally and emotionally. Benefits of well-being dogs include:​

  • teach empathy, ​
  • appropriate interpersonal skills, ​
  • help individuals develop social skills​,
  • be soothing and the presence of animals can more quickly build rapport between the teacher and pupil,​
  • improve individual’s skills to pick up social cues, imperative to human relationships​.

Perhaps and maybe the most important, they are brilliant fun and can bring enormous enjoyment to your day.​
